Covid Safety & Prevention

To attend our wedding, you must be fully vaccinated (final dose at least two weeks prior to the wedding).
Catering staff & band are all vaccinated and will be wearing masks when among our guests. 

  • (NEW) TESTING: we are now asking that our guests receive a Covid-19 test within 72 hours before arriving at our venue. Of course, your test must be negative to attend. (If it is difficult for you to access testing in your area or if your test results are unexpectedly delayed, we will have a limited number of rapid tests available on-site.)
  • (NEW) INCLIMATE WEATHER PLAN: we are taking our outdoor commitment up a notch! We advise keeping an eye on the weather and dressing appropriately as needed because we are planning on keeping our tent at least partially open regardless of the weather. (Our previous rain/cold plan was to add sides and enclose our tent. Fingers crossed we won’t need to shop for some fashionable arctic gear!)
  • (NEW) WRISTBANDS: We will provide red wristbands to anyone that wants one. Wearing the wristband indicates that you prefer to keep a 6-foot distance from others and avoid hugs/other close contact. We want to make sure everyone at our wedding feels comfortable, and we know that individual comfort levels with social interaction vary widely. We ask those who are comfortable with closer interactions to be respectful of those who are not.
  • (NEW) RESTROOM MASKING: Please bring a mask to wear when inside our restroom trailer.
